What to Expect: Discover the art of filmmaking through immersive workshops led by industry professionals. From stunt and combat training to screenwriting with a Netflix writer, our diverse lineup ensures every participant finds their niche. Dive into props exploration and creation, where you'll brainstorm ideas, scout locations, and develop a short film screenplay using storyboards and interactive sessions. Fun games and ice-breaker activities included!

Featured Workshops - Meet The Team
Paul Reck - Film Stunt & Combat
Paul Reck is a stunt performer and actor with over 20 years of experience in theatre and film, including work in live-action stunt shows and productions like "Game of Thrones" and "Vikings Valhalla." He is part of the Hank Stunts and Horsemen of Eire stunt teams. Paul will run an introductory workshop on combat and stunts, teaching teens the basics of choreographing a fight sequence in a safe and controlled environment.
Hannah Sharp - Props/Art Department
Hannah Sharp, a talented prop maker based in Bristol, graduated in Fine Art Sculpture from Norwich School of Art and Design and honed her skills in Prop Making & Scenic Art at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. With experience in productions like "Frank and Mary," Hannah brings her expertise in the art department to our workshop. She will lead an exciting session on set design and prop making, where teens will hunt for unique props in charity shops and get creative with their finds, transforming everyday items into cinematic treasures.
Liam Kavanagh - Screenwriter
Liam Kavanagh, a Wexford-based screenwriter specialising in animation, has worked on projects like "Lawak Kampus: School Daze" and "Big Tree City" for Netflix. He is adapting "Judgement of Souls: A Kiss At Dawn" for the screen. Liam will teach teens how to write their own micro short films, focusing on low-budget filmmaking. He will guide them in crafting stories based on available locations and props, ensuring the narrative matches their resources while teaching basic story structure for micro shorts.
